 «Cómo puede la sonrisa de alguien, hacerme llorar…«

En Febrero del 2006, en el 56 aniversario del festival internacional de films de Berlín, los directores fueron invitados a unirse a una corta competición de films, basado en el tema: «Comida, gustos y hambre». (In February 2006, at the 56th Berlin International Film Festival, Filmmakers were invited to join a Short Film Competition on the Theme: FOOD, TASTE and HUNGER ).
3.600 directores de todo el mundo se unieron a la competencia.  Pero solo 32 films fueron elegidos para ser reproducidos en el «Berlinale Talent Campus». (3.600 Filmmakers from around the world joined the competition. But only 32 Films were were chosen to be screened at the Berlinale Talent Campus). 
Este film encabezó la competición por ser adjudicado a el film corto más popular. (This film topped the Competition by being adjudged the Most Popular Short Film).
